after-sales service

Our products are carefully and thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.  Damage or fault of any of our products need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery otherwise warranty claims may not be accepted.  No claim for products will be accepted after installation and No warranty is given for faulty installation.  All of our products are subject to limited warranty.  For warranty claims, product must be in original packaging.   In the event that the product needs to be repaired during this guarantee period, the repair will be undertaken by our after-sales technicians providing that:  the problem has not been caused by inappropriate handling, fair wear and tear or failure to maintain the product; the product has not been repaired in any way by anyone other than that of our after-sales technicians; the product has not been modified in any way from its original condition.
